Andrew S. Koerner, Esq.
 

Andrew Koerner, Esq. is a member of the New York Bar and has been practicing immigration law for almost a decade.  He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 1996 and his J.D. from Yeshiva University in New York City.  After law school, Mr. Koerner worked on asylum and refugee cases in New York.  Thereafter, he relocated to Miami, Florida where he focused on corporate expansion, national interest waivers, extraordinary ability and other corporate immigration matters at Leaf Koerner, LLC of which he quickly became partner. 

In 2008, Mr. Koerner opened his own firm, Koerner & Associates, where he continues to practice business immigration for institutional clients, as well as individuals seeking to work in the United States and become residents or citizens.  Mr. Koerner has extensive experience helping companies expand into the United States by attaining and keeping their competitive workforce.  He practices law with Anick Forcier, Esq., a member of the Florida Bar and graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.  Strong client relationships and client support continue to be a hallmark of his practice.

Anick Forcier, Esq. graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, where she graduated from Barrett’s Honors College cum laude. She received her Master’s degree, with honors, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. During law school, Ms. Forcier was selected to be a member of the Moot Court Board, where she participated in several inter and intra school competitions and was elected the Vice President of the Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Forcier was a legal intern with the Department of Homeland Security, and upon graduating, has been working with Mr. Koerner on business and family based immigration petitions.
